Ingredients

  • 1 Annie Chun’s Yakisoba Noodle Bowl
  • 1/2 purple cabbage, shredded
  • 3 cup water

Garnish

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro

Method

  1. Heat 3 cup of water over medium heat until it reaches a boil. Then add the purple cabbage and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  1. Completely remove lid film and place dry toppings and noodles in bowl. Then add the hot colored water. Soak for 15 minutes.
  1. Then strain the remaining water and mix in the sauce packet. Garnish with shredded carrots, radish, and cilantro and enjoy!
