Annie Chun’s Easter Purple Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 Annie Chun’s Yakisoba Noodle Bowl
- 1/2 purple cabbage, shredded
- 3 cup water
Garnish
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- Cilantro
- Heat 3 cup of water over medium heat until it reaches a boil. Then add the purple cabbage and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
- Completely remove lid film and place dry toppings and noodles in bowl. Then add the hot colored water. Soak for 15 minutes.
- Then strain the remaining water and mix in the sauce packet. Garnish with shredded carrots, radish, and cilantro and enjoy!
