Ingredients
2 packs Annie Chun’s Sweet Chili Noodle Bowls
1 tablespoon Annie Chun’s Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 14-ounce can green jackfruit, drained and coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2½ cups shredded green cabbage
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Method
Empty both noodle bowl sauce packets into a medium bowl. Add the teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and water and whisk until blended.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the jackfruit and cook 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Stir in the garlic, cabbage, and the contents of both dry toppings packets and cook until the cabbage begins to wilt, about 1 minute.
Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture into the pan and cook, stirring, until the sauce coats the jackfruit and cabbage evenly.
Empty the noodle packets into a medium microwaveable bowl. Cover and heat in a microwave oven on high for 90 seconds.
Divide the noodles into bowls and top with jackfruit and sauce. Sprinkle with green onions to serve.
