Seaweed Almond Pesto
Amp up your pesto with seaweed – the perfect companion to noodles, veggies, and chips!

1 cup (loosely packed) Annie Chun’s Organic Sea Salt Seaweed Snacks
1 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
¼ cup roasted unsalted almonds
⅓ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
½-1 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper, to taste
Put all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal S blade. Process to form a smooth paste.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with assorted raw vegetables and chips on the side.
