Cajun Boil Ramen Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Annie Chun’s Spicy Korean Ramen Bowl
- 5 Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, divided
- 1 Andouille sausage, sliced
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced
Garnish
- Soft boiled egg
- Corn on the cob, boiled
Method
- In a small mixing bowl, add the shrimp and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Mix until combined.
- Heat a medium skillet with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium high heat, add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet over medium high heat, cook the Andouille sausage about 2 minutes on each side until charred. Remove and set aside.
- Heat the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Then add the garlic, yellow onion, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Cook until fragrant about 3 minutes.
- Empty the Annie Chun’s soup base, toppings and noodles into the bowl. Add water up to the “Soup Only Water Line” and cover loosely with the lid. Microwave on for 2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, Andouille sausage, soft boil egg, corn on the cob into the ramen bowl. Top with the cajun garlic butter sauce and serve immediately
