Beetroot Hummus
Insanely delicious quick and easy Beetroot Hummus dip recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (rinsed, drained, and shelled)
- 1/3rd cup tahini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for topping
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp beetroot hummus
- Water, 1-2 tbsp to thin (as needed)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds, to garnish
- Seaweed crisps for serving
Method
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and serve with seaweed crisps.
