Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (rinsed, drained, and shelled)
  • 1/3rd cup tahini
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for topping
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp beetroot hummus
  • Water, 1-2 tbsp to thin (as needed)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish
  • Seaweed crisps for serving

Method

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and serve with seaweed crisps.
