Annie Chun’s National Garlic Day Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Annie Chun’s Sweet Chili Noodle Bowl
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Garnish
- Cilantro, diced
- 1 stalk green onion, diced
- Sesame seeds
- Fried garlic
Method
- In a heatproof bowl, add the minced garlic, salt, sugar, white pepper and Sichuan chili flakes.
- Heat the neutral oil until steaming and hot. Then carefully pour the hot oil into the bowl with the chili flakes and mix. Then add the sesame oil and mix to combine.
- Completely remove the lid film and place dry toppings and noodles in to the bowl. Add 1/4 cup of water. (Ignore water line on bowl).
- Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. (Caution! Bowl will be hot.).
- Add the sauce from the package and stir well. Then stir in sweet chili sauce.
Garnish with chili oil, cilantro, green onion, fried garlic, and sesame seeds.
